Mitt Romney: The Years of Unpaid Taxes

Everyone knows it. The media knows it. The Republicans know it. The Democrats know it. Every investigative reporter knows it, and every one of them under the age of 40 is burning the midnight oil trying to prove it because they know they'd be set for life if they could just find that elusive paper trail, that missing link, that Holy Grail, that man with the message.

The "citizens" who are behind Romney know it, but they don't care, because they adore him and admire him for figuring out how to get away with not paying taxes for years and years. The working man's hero!

I'm not the first to point this out, but there's a big problem with the adage, "The white working class supports Romney."

Now I can tell you unequivocally that most white working-class WOMEN don't support Romney and Ryan, and they know that blanket statement is a damn lie.  They know their man is going to need Medicare.  They know that they're both going to need all they can get from Social Security, and they know that life won't be too sweet even if they have them both.

Working-class women and middle-class women know that rich white men don't make policies to help women and their children. White working-class women know that it's white working-class MEN who support Romney. How do they know? Because they live and work with them.Yes, the polls have been taken! Tomorrow I'll attach some of them.

This evening, tomorrow, whenever you get a chance, scrutinize Romney's facial expressions. Have you looked into his eyes the past few months? Have you seen those wide-open eyes of a deer caught in the headlights? Romney knows he's stuck like a pig now,  but he can't turn back, and he's wishing deep down in his gut that he never got himself into this mess.

Funny, the look disappeared momentarily the day he appeared with Ryan for the first time. Romney's eyes were relaxed, happy, and clear.

But days later, the scared witless expression was back.

Maybe he knows that there's someone, somewhere out there that's just waiting for the right moment to spill the beans on his decade of unpaid taxes.

I guess that will be interesting, but everyone knows it already.
